Welcome to the Hayes Companies. The Hayes Companies are family owned and operated, and located in New Castle, Indiana. The Hayes Companies were founded by Frank "Buster" Hayes in 1960 with Buster's Cement Products. In 1971, Buster established Hayes Landfill, Inc., and Big B Rubbish Removal was founded in 1972. The latest company to join the Hayes Companies was Hayes Sand & Gravel in 1994.
